About
The Mankato Area International Festival is your chance to experience the
world right here in Mankato! For over 40 years the festival has celebrated the
sights, sounds, and flavors of a wide variety of cultures! This year the
festival will be held on Sunday, April 19th
from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Admission and parking are free so bring the entire family!
At the festival participants will experience exciting
song and dance, traditional fashions, authentic food vendors, educational
culture booths, and a sand mandala ceremony by Tibetan Buddhist monks. We will
also be partnering with the Children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota to provide
even more fun and exploration in our Children’s World.
