Join us at Osprey Wilds Environmental Learning Center for a hands-on Maple Syrup tour and to-go pancake meal! 

Bring the whole family to enjoy this seasonal event as we explore how to collect sap from our very own maple trees. We will take you through the entire process and visitors will get to try their hand at tapping trees! At the end of the tour there will be the opportunity to taste our award-winning maple syrup with freshly made pancakes from our very own kitchen. Celebrate the coming of spring with this sweet tradition!

Tours last around an hour. Last meals served at 3:30 PM.

Tour includes

  • Identifying maple trees
  • Tapping trees
  • Collecting sap
  • Learning how sap becomes syrup
  • Observing our bottling process
