About
Minnesota has always been an leader in the environmental movement. In the 1970s and 1980s, this played out in a massive study on the role of pollution in the creation of acid rain and its impact on environments all over the state. Hear from Greg Pratt, who was a key participant in this environmental success story that taught us all about the environment that we live in. Before their insights, paraphrasing Joni Mitchell, ‘We really didn’t know clouds at all.’ Dr. Pratt will share his personal experiences working on this project as well as share more information about this study and how it still impacts us today. This program is offered both in person and virtually, be sure to choose the ticket that fits you best.
