Music on the Cortile: Purgatory Creek

About

Music on the Cortile (formerly Music from the Porch and Music in the Café) hosts musicians on Landmark Center’s beautiful Musser Cortile for four Wednesday lunch hour performances. The concerts are a great opportunity to hear talented local musicians and are free and open to the public. Guests are invited to bring their lunch to enjoy during the concert.

Purgatory Creek plays Irish and Americana Roots music. The music of Dee Brust, David Perry, Adam Stemple, and Ann Viviano is four lead vocals, tandem guitars, fiddle, bass, and mandolin to take you to the river, the mine, the mystic, the mountain, the shady grove, and the devil’s backbone. Purgatory Creek is the latest from members of the peerless Tim Malloys, Cats Laughing, Boiled in Lead, The Tooles, Tramps and Hawkers, SisterTree, Lilting Banshees, Borderlands, and many more. Friends and comrades for decades.
