My Funny Quarantine at The Bakken Museum

About

Created by Twin Cities actors Jen Maren and Peter Simmons, this
forty-minute comedy explores one couple’s epic battle to survive the slings and
arrows of months of joint self-quarantine during the pandemic. Just the two of
them. Day after day.

Composed of songs, stories, audience participation, fiercely comic
sword fighting, and a lighthearted battle between the sexes,
My Funny Quarantine is aimed at a family audience.
It offers a playful diversion from the uncertainty dominating today’s
headlines.

Specifically designed to get the kids involved with
interactive storytelling, and to appeal to adults by allowing a comedic
peek inside a marriage stressed by TOO MUCH TOGETHERNESS
, My Funny
Quarantine
 appeals to all ages.

 Shows are scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on September 9, 10, 12 and 13, and
will be performed on the newly refurbished Green Roof space at The Bakken
Museum.

Tickets are FREE. Theater Unmasked will solicit donations in the $5 to
$15 dollar per person range, with 20% of proceeds benefiting The Bakken Museum.
Have some fun and do some good!
