From sunset to sunrise, Northern Spark will illuminate and draw audiences to downtown Minneapolis at three locations. Artists will explore the theme Commonality through a diverse range of vibrant and thought-provoking projects.
This years theme is "We Are Here: Resilience, Renewal, & Regeneration."
