Northstar Holiday Train

Metro Transit and BNSF are teaming up to offer a free holiday tradition on Saturday, Dec. 21. Take the Northstar starting at Big Lake station all the way to Union Depot in St. Paul, where you will be able to enjoy two hours of shopping the European Christmas Market, seasonal entertainment and warm comfort food options!
This is a round trip train starting in Big Lake and returning to Big Lake. If you would like to ride the train to Union Depot you must board at one of their locations.
