Come to Thunder Road RC Raceway (TRR) on Saturday, August 3rd for a fun day of competitive RC racing! The race will be held indoors on an off-road carpet course. Everyone is welcome to attend! Racing RC at TRR is a fun and engaging activity to do while making friendships with other racers. From the beginner to the expert, all have fun taking on the track. Pizza, pop and other refreshments are available for purchase at the track to keep all of the drivers fueled for their big races. The first class entry fee is $15 and then $10 for each additional class entered.
Thunder Road RC Raceway (TRR) is a premier indoor RC racetrack in Minnesota and home to an amazing community of people who like to talk, drive and race RC. TRR’s goal is to create a friendly and fun environment for people to enjoy while working on and racing their RC cars.
TRR is attached to Waite Park’s HobbyTown, making the location a perfect one stop shop to buy RC cars and parts and take them out on the track! The venue includes an indoor 1/10th scale off road racetrack, indoor rock crawler course, outdoor dirt track, gaming area, fully powered pit tables and snacks and beverages.
TRR is a family owned small business that originated from wanting to create a place where people could go to develop their hobbies while making strong connections with others. Through a lot of hard work, Thunder Road RC Raceway was born, and has since become a welcoming place for all to come and enjoy RC.
