Open Streets at Penn Fest is Richfield's biggest block party! Roll or stroll your way down the avenue to experience over 100 community groups, businesses and attractions including food trucks, log rolling, KidsDance, live music, Pet Zone, classic car show, 5k race and more. This event is kid and pet friendly. Ride your bike, rollerblade, skateboard or walk Penn Ave. to see what Richfield has to offer. An average of 8,000 people attend Open Streets at Penn Fest each year, making it one of Richfield's biggest events. Open Streets at Penn Fest is a partnership between the City of Richfield Recreation Services Department and the Penn Central neighborhood group.
