Join us for Central MN’s Best Light Parade! We have so many great things happening for this year! Here is a schedule of events and if you are wanting to participate in the parade, you can! Email the chamber at [email protected] to get registered. It is free to participate and is open to EVERYONE!
Schedule of Events:
All Day/Evening: Shopping and special deals from our local businesses
3PM to 5:30PM: Santa and Mrs. Claus will be downtown for kids to visit with and get photos taken with them (photos will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians as we will not have a photographer taking any photos). Santa will be located in the building across the street from the First National Bank of Osakis. Kids activities will also take place during this time in the same building as Santa sponsored by the Osakis Women’s Association. Horse Drawn wagon rides sponsored by Erickson’s Petting Zoo will be going on as well.
3PM to 5:30PM Christian Mother Bakes Sale downtown in the same building as Santa. Also, accepting free will donations of canned goods for donations to the local food shelf.
6:00PM: The Holiday Light Parade begins. Seriously, this is the best in Central MN!! Please see flyer for route and details. Everyone is welcome to enter, you do not need to be a business or organization to enter, and it is free. Please email the chamber to sign up or ask for more details at [email protected]
Immediately following the parade, we will have a fireworks show being launched from the Osakis Public Boat Landing. No parking will be allowed in the boat landing area due to the fireworks.

Street Parking restrictions will be in place for the parade.
