Join us at The Outing Lodge in a celebration of 1920’s Parisian food, culture and music!
Our dinner is based on a menu by Lynne Rosetto Kasper, food writer and former NPR host of “The Splendid Table.” The night includes live music by the quartet Swing Souffle.

6.00 : Social Hour Hors D'oeuvres:

Plateau des fromages (French Cheese & Fruit platter)

Pâté du Printemps (pâté of young spring vegetables)

Pâté de Truites fumées Star Praire (smoked Trout pâté)

7.00 : Plated Dinner

Salade du Printemps avec les figues (baby spring greens with figs)

Entrée: Poulet au poêle a l’estragon, Pommes de terre provençal au Gratin et Petits pois frais a la française. (Casserole chicken with tarragon, gratin potatoes with herbs du Provence and sweet peas)

Dessert: Crème Brûlée
