Rail Road Days 2021

We are excited to bring back Rail Road Days to Willmar! This is two days of celebrating the history of the Rail Road in Willmar and Kandiyohi County while at the same time raising funds for the Kandiyohi County Historical Society. This event will take place in two locations: the Kandiyohi County Historical Society and the Willmar Community Center.
There will raffle and silent auction going both days!

At the Community Center:
-Rail Fair: a vendor show for the rail road enthusiast
-Presentations starting on Saturday from 8am-5pm and on Sunday from 10am-2pm. The presentations will take you through the history railroad in Willmar.
-Lunch on both Saturday and Sunday

At the Kandiyohi County Historical Society:
-Tours of all the buildings
-Living history hobo camp
-Music
-Silent Auction
-Activities for big and little kids!

The cost of the event is $20 for individuals and $35 for family pass (this includes parents or guardian and children under 17). The cost of your ticket covers both days!

On Sunday there will be a bus tour in the afternoon of the Willmar and railroad area.
The tour cost is $10 per person and you need to purchase a separate ticket for this tour.

This event is a fundraiser for the Kandiyohi County Historical Society. We would love to see you come out to support our event.
