Now in its eighth year, Ride the Ridges takes riders through some of the most scenic areas in Southeastern Minnesota - from lush valleys along clear trout streams to high bluffs overlooking the majestic Mississippi River Valley. Ride one of four routes ranging from 18 miles to a Century - with an option to climb more than a vertical mile. Each route has hills and valleys - and spectacular views. All routes have rest stops featuring local delicacies and fantastic volunteers. SAG support, detailed maps, and radio communications focused on rider safety. Come for the ride, stay for the post-ride party. Ride the Ridges, hosted by the Winona Rotary Club, is the region's premier bicycle tour. Event proceeds support charitable projects including Feed My Starving Children and Rotary literacy programs.
