The Sawtooth Challenge is the oldest mountain bike race in Northeast Minnesota and takes place on some of the best singletrack trails in Minnesota. The Superior Cycling Association, a 501 (c) (3) organization, has built and maintains 35 miles of singletrack mountain bike trail located at Pincushion Mountain in Grand Marais, at Britton Peak in Tofte, and the 16-mile Jackpot/High Climber trail connecting Britton Peak with Lutsen Mountains.
