About

SOAR with the Eagles at the National Eagle Center this September as we celebrate the season and fall migration with SOAR: Fall Flight will take place the weekend of September 21-22.

Explore the amazing world of eagles and raptors with exciting live eagle programs on the bank of the Mississippi River in the riverfront amphitheater in Wabasha! You'll get to meet the live eagle ambassadors, take in the fall colors, and enjoy a front-row seat to observe fall migration along the Upper Mississippi River Flyway. The Center will host exotic raptors with presentations by The World Bird Sanctuary on Saturday, September 21, and presentations by The Midwest Peregrine Society on Sunday, September 22.

Premium experiences including Behind the Scenes (1 hr) are available on Saturday and Sunday. Spaces are limited and cost $75/person in addition to standard admission.
Visitors will also be able to explore the newest exhibition in the American Eagle Gallery called Clearing The Air: Attack of the Giant Eagle which explores the mythology and human fears concerning eagle attacks, from ancient civilizations to the modern day.

Plus, enjoy children and family arts and crafts with artist Teaki Garcia! SEE YOU IN WABASHA!
