Recommended for all ages

Spotlight Science is a regular program connecting you to current science, conducted at the University of Minnesota and in our community. Join researchers, students, and special guests for conversations and unique interactive experiences.

The Urban Birding Festival of the Twin Cities returns May 20 to 22, 2022 with a weekend full of fun and educational activities that celebrate the birds that live in Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Join us at the Bell on Saturday, May 21, to learn more about the birds who call our cities and neighborhoods home. Get up close and personal with residents from The Raptor Center. Learn how you can contribute to the study of birds through citizen science. Join a guided bird walk or observe our avian visitors at the feeder station from the Touch & See Lab.

This is an in-person event at the Bell Museum. Activities and events will be held throughout the museum and are included in the cost of regular admission.
