Glensheen is continuing the new programming series for kids called, "Sunday Funday." The new programming offers parents and their young children the chance to learn and be engaged with art, history, and fun.

For the March 3rd Sunday Funday, we will be kicking off National Nutrition month with fun activities with fruits and veggies. We will be tasting different fruits and vegetables to find our favorites or try something new. We will be making fun smoothies recipes to try. Most importantly we will learn all about how to eat healthy and be healthy.

In honor of Women's History Month, we will be learning about the life and legacy of Clara Hesperia Bannister Congdon for the March 17th Sunday Funday. We will be taking a personalized tour around Glensheen learning about the highlights of Clara Congdon. After the tour, in honor of Mrs. Congdon, we will be painting portraits of the inspirational women in our own lives in the Winter Garden.

In honor of Women's History Month, we will be learning about the life and legacy of the Congdon sisters for the March 31st Sunday Funday. We will be taking a personalized tour around Glensheen learning about Marjorie, Helen and Elisabeth Congdon. After the tour, we will be making personalized bracelets to give to the inspirational women in our lives, whether it be our mothers, grandmothers, sisters, cousins, or friends.
