Taste the Waste

About

Join us for a special evening designed to raise awareness about, and reduce food waste. TASTE THE WASTE will feature Shannel Winkel from The Bird, Lachelle Cunningham, and St. Paul College culinary studentswho will create a menu transforming recovered food into small plates for an incredible experience.
Thanks to Twin Cities Co-op Partners who are donating the food for the evening.
Each ticket includes dinner, a Finnegans beer, tax and gratuity. Tickets are $35.
A portion of the event proceeds will benefit MN350. Their vision is to return our climate to the safe level of 350ppm of CO2 - or lower - in a way that best promotes a just and livable future.

Why is Food Waste so important?
Up to 40 percent of the food in the United States is never eaten. But at the same time, one in eight Americans struggles to put enough food on the table. Come enjoy a great meal prepared from recovered food and learn how you can make a difference on this issue.
THANK YOU to our partners who make this event possible: Twin Cities Co-op Partners, Finnegans, Chelles' Kitchen, St. Paul College, Grow North MN and MN350.
