About
Spend a day in the shoes of a biologist when you join us for our wolf research weekend adventure! Learn your way around the tools biologists use to locate wolves in the field, test your skills hunting for elusive radio collar signals, and learn more about how wolf research informs wolf management. Then, observe our wolves feeding at the Saturday night "What's for Dinner?" program before settling in to spend a night in front of the wolf-viewing windows.
This program includes both indoor programming at the Wolf Center and activities outdoors in the field. Please come prepared for the weather!

Lodging is provided in the auditorium at the International Wolf Center. Participants are welcome to find alternative lodging if desired. Time for lunch and dinner on your own is provided on Saturday, and continental breakfast is provided on Sunday. Participants must arrange their own transportation to Ely, MN. Participants are welcome to drive their own vehicles to field trips or ride in the Center's van with staff.
