About

Be one of the hundreds of participants at the Twin Cities Team Hope Walk & 5K Run, which supports the fight against Huntington's Disease and the search for a cure! To those unfamiliar, Huntington's Disease is best described as having ALS, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's all at the same time. A worthy cause to support and a fun event, featuring finish line tacos, giant jenga and more.

Runners of all endurance levels will enjoy darting through the 5k course. This year, the 5k run will be a fun run format, meaning while there is no chip timing, there will be plenty of good vibes. A clock will be posted at the finish line for individuals to chart their own result, but no official timing will be kept and posted for the field. Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finisher.

Walkers will enjoy the scenic course and comeraderie, while taking a lap around paved trails that traverse through creeks, wetlands, lakes, and forest. All participants receive a dri-fit athletic shirt and have the chance to opt into drawings for some awesome prizes.

Whether you run, walk, or push a stroller - come out for a good sweat for a great cause as we support the mission of HDSA to improve the lives of everyone with Huntington's disease!
