About

STORYTELLING. LIVE MUSIC. PAINTING. YOU!

The Bakken Museum has partnered with Wayward Theatre Company to bring you live performances on our green roof this summer. Join us for Wayward’s popular storytelling show, Mixtape: True Tales Told, with a brand-new theme, I Forgot How To Do This - Stories to help get back in the swing.

Mixtape asks you to relish in five true stories told by some of the best storytellers these fine cities have to offer. Live music and painting accompany five true tales told by the folks who lived through them. Hosted by the amazing Miss Shannan Paul, these true tales will help us all feel like we are getting back into the groove.

Like a good story? Enjoy good music? Care to watch an artist paint live? Come and support your brave fellow humans as they share with us their true stories about changes, new beginnings, and finding what we may have forgotten.

  • Tickets include VIP Access to the museum’s exhibits and gardens from 5 to 9 p.m.
  • Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available for purchase.
  • This outdoor is an outdoor performance. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or picnic blanket.
