The Zephyr Theatre, Stillwater, presents a reading series on Sunday, Jan. 19, at 2:00pm, featuring seven authors reading aloud their works of memoir, fiction and poetry, including three Minnesota Book Award winners.An exhibit of paintings by an accomplished visual artist also will be on display. Hovland Conservatory of Music will sponsor young pianists to play before and after the reading. Complimentary appetizers and cash bar. A donation of $10 is suggested at the door. No tickets required. Authors include: "The Meanings of Identity and the Nature of Belonging," by Wing Young Huie,
"Laurentian Divide," by Sarah Stonich,
"The Rabbit Listened," by Cori Doerrfeld,
“Stray," by Nancy Hedin, "If You Wave A Chicken Over Your Head," by Alison Morse, The Receiving Quilt," by Elissa Cottle,"
author, photographer and filmmaker, Terry Faust, and “Where Does the Time Go" by painter, Jeanne Kosfeld.
