Celebrate Minnesota's most unique season. Make a kite and fly it over Silver Lake. build and accessorize a snowman, snow-woman, or snow-monster and compete for a chance to win awards. Roast marshmallows over a fire and enjoy an indoor concert. First 40 kite-making kits are free, otherwise they are $6/kit. Complete schedule online.
