Winter Solstice recognizes the darkest and shortest day of the year and celebrates the return of the light as each day begins to last longer. Gather with us for a day of outstanding beer, fantastic food and soulful music.

We celebrate with the creation of this year’s Winter Solstice Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Hazelnut and Vanilla that our brewer explains as one of his best. This limited release will be offered on tap at the brewery and in 750 ml bottles to enjoy at home or as a gift.

Parlour Food Truck will be onsite from 1-8:30pm serving the some of the best burgers available in the Twin Cities.

Stay for the soulful sounds of Billy Johnson playing live from 6-8pm.
