How do I start mountain biking? In this Intro Women’s Mountain Biking clinic, we’ve designed it for women riders who want guidance in building confidence and skills to take their mountain biking to the next level. Participants will learn and practice skills in a safe, controlled environment from experienced mountain biking instructors with a passion for sharing knowledge and developing skills in others. This is not an intense downhill or jumps clinic, it is safety minded fun. Our coaches will cover the fundamentals and get you out on the bike trails. In this Women’s MTB Clinic, you will learn:
- Bike Set up for optimal riding and control
- Correct Body Position Balanced
- Bike/Body Separation
- Vision – How to Look Ahead Correctly
- Cornering Technique
- How to Brake Effectively
