Thanksgiving is a time for family, friends, good food…and running!
Join the annual Turkey Day 5K this Thanksgiving! The race starts and ends at the Alexandria Area YMCA. Whether you’re starting a new family tradition, staying on track with your goals, or kicking off the holiday with the right kind of burn, this event is perfect for the whole family! Strollers are allowed and kids are welcome to ride their bikes.

Check in starts at 7:15 a.m.
8 a.m. race start
$25 per person
$15 per person for a group of 4 or more
Medals for top 3 male finishers, top 3 female finishers, and top 3 youth finishers (ages 15 & under)
Participants will receive a swag bag that includes a Turkey Day 5K winter hat, snacks, water, hand sanitizer, band aids, chapstick, and more! Register by November 12th for a guaranteed event shirt!
