This site is secure and this page is unpublished.  The page will be removed on February 11, 2021 or upon collection of all assets.  Videos will only be used for the purpose as previously outlined.

Please note:

1. All files should be provided in .mp4 or .mov format at 1920x1080 resolution with the file labeled with the name of the presenter (please do not send links to videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or another server).
2. Videos should be recorded using best practices of professional production standards with clear audio and balanced composition.
3. Please provide the name and title of the presenter with the correct spelling as it should appear. We will add the graphics so that all have consistent look and feel.  
4. Video recorded on a cell phone or other mobile device could be acceptable as long as standards of clear audio and balanced composition are observed and the recording is made in horizontal position (as opposed to vertical).
5. Please submit your recording no later than end of day Wednesday, February 10, 2021.
