By using hashtag #YesExploreMN, you grant Explore Minnesota Tourism (EMT) and its partners unlimited use of all content provided, including but not limited to websites, emails, social media outlets, print publications and promotional materials. EMT reserves the right to edit submitted materials to fit size, space and other requirements of different mediums, as determined by EMT. User shall retain copyright and self-promotional rights. User retains the right to reproduce, in whole or in part, in every manner or form, and circulate, publish, distribute, show, play or otherwise display the content provided. EMT may use user’s name and likeness in any of the above mediums in connection with said photography.

The user warrants that all content is of original development and is not the property of any other party. User warrants that he or she is the sole creator of the work, and that the work does not violate any rules, laws or regulations and is not libelous, unlawful or injurious. Content provided under this agreement must represent locations within the Minnesota state limits. Any people who are identifiable in the photos must give consent to use their image or likeness in EMT marketing materials, with parent or legal guardian permission granted for any subjects under 18 years of age.

User releases EMT from any and all liability, claims or demands of any kind arising out of or relating to use of the content, or the names, likeness, images or appearances embodied therein, including without limitation, claims based on rights of privacy or publicity.

User understands that any use of content is solely at EMT’s discretion and that you are not due any credit, acknowledgement or compensation in connection with this license or use of the content.
