Proctor is minutes from Spirit Mt Adventure Park featuring: Timber Twister Alpine Coaster, Timber Flyer Zip Line, Mini golf course, and scenic chair lift rides. The Bike Park is an award-winning series of trails, from beginner to advanced, with winter fat tire biking trails and events as well.

Spend a few days on Spirit Mountain's award-winning Bike Park, with runs for all skill levels.

Spirit Mountain's ski slopes feature Winter skiing and snowboarding and a tubing park! There is also a 73 site campground.

Hoghead Festival – 3rd Saturday in August
Proctor’s annual summer event is full of fun for family & visitors; good food, music, games, a parade & evening street dance. The BEST Fireworks in the region cap off the week long festival.

9 Hole Proctor Municipal Golf Course is open to the public from April – Oct. Riding carts and club rental are available.

The Proctor Speedway features races Sundays May–Oct. New this year is the Monster Truck Show June 17-18. Special events include the Vintage Car Show in July, the Midsummer Night of Mayhem and the Silver 1000 in August.

The 63 mile Hinckley - Duluth segment of the paved Willard Munger State Trail passes through the spectacular scenery of Jay Cooke State Park and the west side of Proctor. The northeast portion provides scenic views of the St. Louis River, Duluth and Superior.
