Enjoyable family resort, 6 lakeshore cabins w/screen porch, Reunion Duplex, knotty pine interiors. Safe, sandy beach & clear water. Heartland Trail & golf nearby. LM & SM Bass, Northern, Walleye, Crappie, Panfish. Free: canoe, kayaks, funbugs, boat, sauna, paddle boat, swim raft, library, kids activities. Spring & Fall specials. Lake Belle Taine is known for providing an excellent variety of fish including: Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Northern, Walleye, Crappie and Bluegill. Your cabin rental rate includes use of a fishing boat or dock space if you bring your own rig. Live boxes, a fish cleaning house, and free fish wrap/freezing service are provided for your convenience. A rental sunfish sailboat is available for those that enjoy the quiet excitement of riding the wind.Tetherball and volleyball are always set up at the beach. Sand toys, horseshoes, bocce ball and a variety of other games are available for your enjoyment.If your vacation goal is to keep your heartrate down then work on your tan while laying on our swim raft or pick up an interesting book from our library, get comfortable on our lakeside lounge chairs and experience the sounds of the lake, the loons, and the martins. Look up from your book occasionally and you might site a bald eagle overhead or a blue heron scanning the shallows.The Heartland Trail, a newly resurfaced recreation trail, is a short walk from Belle Shores. It is a great place to walk, run, bike or rollerblade.
