A Quiet Family Fishing Retreat with 8 very clean, lakeside cabins and a 5 bedroom Family Reunion Lodge. Deluxe Lakeside 4 bedroom Vacation Homes #10 & 11! All cabins are smoke free. Great Fishing for bass, northern, panfish and walleye. Sorry, no pets. We have ultra clean; cottages fully equipped for housekeeping and located just steps away from the lake on level, shaded grounds. There are charcoal grills, picnic tables and lawn furniture in front of the cottages. The spacious family reunion lodge has central air conditioning, two bathrooms and a gas grill. It has a three-season porch and a two-level deck that faces west towards the picture perfect sunsets each evening. Our quiet, fishing retreat is located on the north end of beautiful, crystal clear Lake Ida. We are fifteen minutes from Alexandria and situated on the south end of a protected bay. Lake Ida is the second largest lake in the area and is well known for excellent walleye fishing. Anglers can also try for their limit of northern, large and smallmouth bass, crappies and sunfish. We have a sandy swimming area and safe play areas with a variety of games to keep kids of all ages occupied. We rent boats and a pontoon; kayaks, paddle boat, paddle boards and canoe are complimentary for our guests. Our store is stocked with light groceries, snacks, ice, gas, live bait and clothing.
