The Brechet Inn is a majestic, three-story home built in 1899, by a Glencoe merchant who told his fiancé he would build her a castle. The large, front wrap around porch welcomes you and the two story stone foundation all create an atmosphere boasting grandeur and style. As you enter you will be surrounded by the grand, massive oak woodwork, intricate parquet floors, beautiful stain glass windows and charming fireplaces which were added to impress the love of his life.

We are nestled in the urban community of Glencoe, MN, offering a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Escape from your busy lifestyle and rejuvenate the most important things in life.

We have event space to accommodate intimate events up to 50 guests. Rental space can be used for meetings, reunions, showers, grooms dinners, birthday parties, small weddings and more. Tables and chairs are included with the rental fee - Linens can be rented for an extra small fee.

We offer group tours of the first and second floor of the historic house for groups of 8 to 16 people.

There is an in-house hair salon for your hair care needs. Appointments necessary.

Nearby, we have an Event Center for large events, a golf course, a health center providing workout equipment, a seasonal aquatic center, a wild life sanctuary and park, a neighboring community with a wine tasting facility, and the Mall of America - which is 60 minutes away - offering fabulous shopping.
