The Cedar Cultural Center (known as The Cedar) is a non-profit, all-ages music venue and has been presenting the world's music since 1989. In 2012, The Cedar received About.com’s Readers’ Choice Award for Best World Music Venue in the world, competing against organizations in London, Berkeley, Brooklyn, and Chicago; recognition from Minnesota Public Radio’s The Current as Best All-Ages Music Venue; and a Best of the Cities Best Venue award from Minnesota Monthly. Our donors and patrons make this possible: Only with your support can we continue to program the highest quality artists from all over the world and engage a variety of communities, thus furthering our mission to promote intercultural appreciation.
With over 200 concerts each year, there is something for everyone at The Cedar!
