The center is located at 24 Main Avenue North in downtown New York Mills. New York Mills is located on U.S. Highway 10 about 1.5 hours east of Fargo and 3 hours northwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.

About

The Cultural Center connects people to artists and rich cultural experiences in rural Minnesota, celebrating the local and being a window to the world.

The Cultural Center schedules 8 to 10 visual arts exhibits each year and music, dance, literary, and theater performances throughout the year. The Center includes two art galleries, a dance studio, and a gift shop featuring the work of regional artists. Summer events include the Great American Think-Off philosophy competition, the second Saturday of every June, the Fish House Festival, the second Friday every July, and the Puppet Pageant every August.
