Learn more about Dakota culture and camp in a tepee at the Upper Sioux Agency State Park. Camping is also available in the city limits at Memorial Park and at Prairie View RV Park and Campground. Visit the nearby Woodlake Battlefield site. Take advantage of extensive bird watching, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, biking and walking opportunities. Stroll across the historic Roebling walking bridge spanning the MN River downtown.

Follow the Minnesota River Valley National Scenic Byway to the Upper Sioux Agency State Park. Visit the world class Fagen WWII Museum just south of Granite Falls on Hwy 23.
