We are located 2 1/2 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St Paul. Enjoy divided highway all the way to St. Columbo Road! You will find us 9 miles north of Brainerd/Baxter on MN 371 and then west 1/2 mile on Saint Columbo Road. We are 2 miles north of BIR.

Welcome to Gull 4 Seasons Resort. Let us be your Minnesota Family Reunion Resort. We are a family operated, family resort. We offer rental boats and pontoons to get you on the water or rent one of our boat lifts and never worry about tying your boat again. We have spacious grassy grounds, indoor and outdoor pools, and a swimming beach. Enjoy our tennis, game room, and video arcade. Come see why we are the best resort value in Minnesota!

We rent condos, chalets and cabins. Our 1 to 4 BR condos and chalets sleep up to 12 people, and have complete kitchens with dishwasher and microwave, central air, and a patio or deck with/ gas grill. Our Cabins have 2-3 or 5 bedrooms (sleep up to 15 people) and have a complete kitchen with range & microwave, and a deck w/gas grill.
