Visit the Karjala Research Genealogy and History Center. Museum exhibits interpret life at the turn of the century, logging, mining, immigrants, homesteading, and native Americans of this region. Includes a Judy Garland exhibit. We tell the story of how the picture GRACE became the Minnesota State Photograph. Each year the Ordinary People exhibit changes; 2015 it features 4 artists, Jackie Dingmann, Gene Lysaker, Dodie Mcnew and Terry Maciej. Gift shop honors local crafts and locally authored books.
