Our Minnesota Family Vacation Resort is located 27 miles northwest of Grand Rapids, MN, on 83 acres completely surrounded by the Chippewa National Forest. This gives our guests the opportunity to hike, bike, fourwheeling, ski or snowmobile. The resort property is on Little Winnie Lake, and there is quick access to Lake Winnibigoshish (aka Big Winnie), Bowstring Lake, Sand Lake, Jesse Lake & Ballclub Lake. We're well known for the world-class fishing for walleye, muskie, northern pike, crappie, jumbo perch, largemouth bass, and panfish. Best of all, we're only a half mile from Lake Winnibigoshish - one of Minnesota's premier walleye fishing lakes.
Fall at Little Winnie Resort is a hunter's paradise with outstanding opportunities for black bear, deer, and grouse hunting. Winter visitors find access to acres of frozen water harboring some of Minnesota's best darkhouse spearing and ice-fishing for northern pike, walleye and jumbo perch. We offer darkhouse rentals. There is also access to hundreds of miles of snowmobiling trails and cross-country skiing trails from our resort.
Little Winnie Resort also offers 133 seasonal RV campsites with full-hookup, available and phone lines, cable TV and internet access available via phone company. A limited number of regular campsites are available.
