Just twenty miles north of Ely, MN a secluded private drive leads you further into the Superior National Forest to Lodge of Whispering Pines on island-Big Lake.

On the shore of beautiful Big Lake sits this Lake Front Lodge that features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, A gourmet kitchen, Double oven, Microwave Oven, Great room with original over-sized natural stone fireplace, dining room with plenty of room to seat your entire group and a Spectacular view of the lake, a large screened porch with lake view giving you additional living and dining space, washer and dryer, full bath with shower on main floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Air Conditioner, an on suite with double sinks and jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom three has bunk beds and all bedrooms have their own flat screen television. A boat dock, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, charcoal grill, campfire ring are all provided at the Lodge. You will have beautiful view of Big Lake and the best sunsets you have ever seen. Will accommodate up to eight guests. Rate based on 1-6 guests.
