Historic Minnewaska Dining Room at Peters Sunset Beach Resort south of Glenwood and the Alexandria area. Enjoy delicious breakfasts and dinners with views of Lake Minnewaska. The breakfast menu includes pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, omelets and other treats. Our dinner menu includes several choices that change daily to include our famous walleye pike, steak, chicken and other choices. Take in the painted murals of the legend of Princess Minnewaska and the beautiful views of the Lake.

During the early and late seasons at the resort, wedding groups have used our historic dining room as a place to have a groom's dinner catered in or for a small reception. Its also a great place for family reunions to gather as a central location, when they have multiple units rented.
