About

As the Chamber of Commerce for all of Kanabec County, we promote all of our members' businesses and act as a visitors center providing tourism information. We work toward promoting our area's seasonal events, natural resources as well as sharing our Scandinavian heritage and history to all who are interested. Centrally located in east-central MN, the Kanabec Area is about one hour from everywhere. The metro areas of Minneapolis/St. Paul and St. Cloud can be easily reached in a little over an hour and Duluth in an hour and a half. Sound values, commitment to education, excellent healthcare, strong work and business ethics, and an enthusiastic spirit are the foundation of our community. Kanabec County consists of Brunswick, Grasston, Ogilvie, Mora (County Seat) and Quamba.
Many people, when they hear of Mora think of the Vasaloppet.
