North House Folk School is a non-profit educational organization committed to enriching lives and building community through the teaching of traditional northern crafts. 400+ courses, public programs and special events are offered year round. Courses include boat building, basketry, timber framing, traditional crafts, foods, fiber arts, wood-fired baking and northern ecology. Our School Store is open year-round and features handmade craft, an extensive book selection, and specialty tools. Request a free course catalog online. Campus Tours available Saturdays at 4 pm
