Promoting (and financially supporting with grants) arts events and artists in our corner of the great State of Minnesota… way up by Canada and North Dakota! Our seven counties (Kittson, Marshall, Pennington, Norman, Polk, Red Lake and Roseau) include the cities of East Grand Forks, Crookston, Thief River Falls, Roseau, Hallock, and Ada. Our office is located in Warren, where art by area artists is available for purchase. Click on our name and then open the Events tab to see a variety of arts activities and events that we have sponsored or funded that are coming up in our area.
