The Red Stag opened in 2007 as the first LEED-CI certified restaurant in Minnesota, serving contemporized supperclub fare, classic cocktails, and an extensive beer and wine list. It’s a neighborhood favorite in Northeast Minneapolis, where Fish Fry Fridays and a Wisconsin feel pay homage to Bartmann’s deep Wisconsin roots. Ingredients are locally and sustainably farmed, and seafood follows the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch guidelines. Open 11am-2am M-F, 9am-2am Sat-Sun..
