It has been over 60 years since Chaska has been home to a brewery and it's about time for some Darn Gut Beer. That's what we aim to brew at Schram Haus Brewery. For those of you who don't speak German, "Gut" (pronounced goot) means "Good". And Darn Gut Beer, well, that speaks for itself. All year round Schram Haus Brewery will be brewing the gut stuff using Chaska artesian water and will be located high up on a hill overlooking historical Chaska, Minnesota.

Schram Haus also features live music, outdoor games and, most importantly, a variety of complex and timeless German-style beers in casks. We invite you to come and enjoy a setting that harkens back to the nostalgic days of Chaska's founding breweries. It will be a darn gut time!
