Winter time we offer 22 Alpine runs, 175 acres of skiable terrain, 700' vertical drop, 5 chair lifts, 3 surface lifts. Ski and Snowboard lessons, family rates, fat-tire biking, largest terrain park and half-pipe in the Midwest. Fabulous views of Lake Superior from all runs. We also have our winter day tubing and glow tubing at night under the lights.
We are unique and 2 Nordic centers:
Grand Avenue Nordic center features 2.5 km of Nordic specific trail with 1.5 km of full snow making capabilities. profession machine grooming.
Our Upper Nordic center features 22km of groomed Cross-country ski trails (classic tracks and skating) are mostly intermediate and run through dense hardwood forest.
Spirit Offers 3 food locations with a variety of options. Our Moosehead bar/grill and Riverside bar and grill feature craft beer and music on certain nights.
