Dorothy Olson Aquatic Center

The Dorothy Olson Aquatic Center is Willmar's premier facility to beat the summer heat! Take the plunge on one of two raging water slides! One slide is fully enclosed the entire way down and the other is open, emptying into an attached plunge pool at the bottom. Go for a swim in the six-lane recreation pool with depths of 3 to 5 feet or try out the Poolside Climbing Wall. This new addition stands at 12 feet tall and lets swimmers climb as high as they can and make a splash into the crystal blue waters below at 10 feet deep.

Dorothy Molter Museum

On site are three of the original cabins from the Isle of Pines, former home of Dorothy Molter, also known as the 'Root Beer Lady' and the 'Nightingale of the Boundary Waters.' Dorothy was the last permanent, non-indigenous resident of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Her original cabins, (currently featuring distinct exhibits) were removed after her death and brought out by dog sled to be reassembled as a memorial to Dorothy's amazing life.

Doolittles Woodfire Grill

Featuring woodfired rotisserie cooking, Doolittles Woodfire Grill is an experience that ignites all of your senses! Grilling meat over an open flame for a savory wood roasted flavor. The rotation of the rotisserie creates self basting and slow roasting skewers resulting in juicy and succulent meats. Presenting a wine list that would please any connoisseur, Doolittles boasts over 60 wines by the bottle and 30 selections by the glass. The hugely popular ½ price wine by the bottle attracts wine lovers every Monday night from 4-11 p.m.

Our menu is the result of close to 30 years of refining, tinkering and experiment. The items you'll find here range from tried and true Donatelli Originals like pizzas, dunkers, and turnovers to classic Italian dishes like lasagna, spaghetti, mostaccioli and so much more.

And of course you can always count on us to keep current and bring new and exciting dishes you'll soon be calling your favorites. After all, we didn't stay in this business for 30 years resting on our pastas.

Dodge's Log Lodges

Established in 1932 these six authentic log cabins were built on the ledgerock shores of Lake Superior - a true northshore experience. All cabins have been rebuilt with modern conveniences while retaining their rustic charm. Cabins feature full kitchens or kitchenettes, log-burning fireplaces, lakeside decks with a glass rail and gas BBQ grills, flatscreen TVs with Direct TV, DVD players and WiFi.

Dodge Nature Center

Founded in 1967, the Thomas Irvine Dodge Nature Center was one of the first nature centers in the state of Minnesota and a pioneer in environmental education. Dodge is a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide exceptional experiences in nature through environmental education.

Dodge County Historical Society Museum

The DCHS museum is located in a limestone church built in 1869. On the museum property is a home built in 1856 furnished era appropriate. An 1883 one-room school house sits next to the museum. The museum has artifacts and documents covering the settlement and development of Dodge County from 1854 through the present. A research library is available to visitors.

Dockside Lounge
