The Chisholm Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to the economic empowerment of our community. Since its inception, the Chamber has a rich past of dedicated people, supportive businesses, innovative programs, and a deep relationship with the City of Chisholm. Because of this heritage of growth and change, the Chisholm Area Chamber of Commerce has a firm grasp on the future.

Chisago Lakes Golf Course

Chisago Lakes Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 72, championship course. The course features 10 holes with water and is a combination of open, rolling hills and tree lined fairways. There is a driving range, 2 practice putting greens, a bar and grill, and a full service Pro Shop.

The Chisago Lakes Area Chamber and Information Center serves the Hwy 8 corridor including Chisago City, Lindstrom, Center City, Shafer, Taylors Falls, to the St Croix River. We are rich with Swedish heritage, which visitors find evident in our storefronts, heritage festivals and historical attractions. With eleven lakes, numerous parks, and plenty of outdoor recreation there is something here for all to enjoy.

Chippewa Park

Located in the Alexandria Lakes Area this hidden gem of a campground meets your needs for a quiet get away. Located on an isthmus between Little Chippewa Lake and Devils Lake you have two choices for swimming, fishing, and boating. The Chippewa river connects the two lakes and it is navigable by kayak/canoe. Also located across the river is 17 acres of park land to explore by trail.

Chippewa National Forest & Campgrounds

Camping in the Chippewa National Forest can range from a starry night in the backcountry to a developed campground with paved bike trails and hot showers. Chippewa National Forest has 21 campgrounds and 100 backcountry camping sites. Developed Campground facilities vary from sites with electricity and running water to rustic campgrounds with vault toilets and hand pump water wells. Each campsite has a picnic table, fire ring and tent pad. Sites are open for both tent and RV sites. Backcountry sites can be accessed by foot, boat or car. Campers choose the experience!
