Carlos Creek Winery

Carlos Creek Winery is located on 160 acres in the heart of the Alexandria Lakes area in Minnesota's first Federally Approved Viticultural Area (AVA).

Ole & Spike, great Uncles of Carlos Creek owner Kim, were the first winemakers in the Bredeson family - perhaps the first in Minnesota! Legend has it they made wine in their bathtub from any produce they could spare. Today, we use a combination of ancient and modern techniques to produce our award-winning Minnesota wines.
