Our in-house Pastry Chef expertly crafts uniquely flavored cupcakes, sure to tantalize your taste buds. What’s more, these decadent treats will be paired with select wines, allowing you sip the afternoon away right here at the St. James. Cupcakes will be available for sale as well as prizes throughout the event. This event is 21+.

The ALS SuperHero 5K/10K Dash

The ALS SuperHero Dash is a distance-certified, chip-timed 5k and 10k race starting at Harriet Island Pavilion and trailing along the Mississippi River. This family-friendly event attracts runners, casual walkers, children of all ages, supporters of the ALS community, and SuperHeroes of all sorts. Organizers hope to use everyone's powers in the fight against ALS, and directly benefits The ALS Association in their vision to create a world without ALS across Minnesota and beyond.
